wonderful accommodation, stunning location to the centre of zagreb by tram 14, satisfactory breakfast. exceptionally comfortable bed, nice and absolutely perfect room with central heating, a personal safe and flat-screen tv. excellent views towards garden. location close enough to the centar and the biggest shopping malls in zagreb. again, 15 minutes walk from arena centar mall. nice customer care, parking onsite. had free wi-fi throughout the property. great stay, as always.

The location was PERFECT close to the city center and the staff here was extremely helpful. Moreover, it was very close to the restaurant and the garden, the biggest shopping malls, and super market. - the breakfast had good choice of selection, the food was good.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my special order and the taxi service they arranged was exceptional.
